10 Years SET LR Photocopies of documents question?

Hi Guys,

I am about to submit my application and have two questions.

1. some of my travel dates are approximate as I don't have tickets and stamps are illegible. I obtained SAR earlier but that only has travel dates from 2010.

2. Form Guidance says to send photocopies of all documents and passports as well. Is this correct or am I getting confused.

any help will be most appreciated.

1. Its ok, just mention in cover letter that the dates are approximate

2. Not necessary but no harm in supplying copies of visas.
