claiming benifits effecting spouse ILR

Respected Gurus and senior members ,
I've got ILR(Long residency) in June and wife having spouse visa and she needs to apply for ILR in coming June, as she completed 1 year on PSW dependent and 1 year on ILR dependent, i am getting CTC , WTC and child benefits
My Question is,
can i apply housing benefit(single rate) and i got 3 daughter under the age of 8 having British citizenship if yes, will it effect on my spouse when she will go for ILR in coming June?

If you apply for housing, then you must apply as a couple ie mention your wife's details wherever asked for.

This will have no negative effect on your wife's ILR application.
