Maintenance Funds for dependent - Urgenttttt...

Dear Friends,
I am on Tier-1 General visa.I got married few weeks back, I am in process of applying dependent visa for my wife.Coming to the maintenance funds, unknowingly I have done some trasactions last month which dropped my balance to less than 600 pounds for couple of days.
My question is,
.my wife has got an account in india on her name and is been maintaining more than 600 pounds in her account since last one year. Will UKBA, accept her bank statements or is it like that the funds should be maintained only by the main applicant.
Please help me out friends..thanks...

Also,
bank statements for the last three/six months and a letter from the bank confirming that account balance in INR & GBP conversion for last 90 days usually helps.
