Post by hellohsmp2006 » Wed Apr 25, 2007 12:02 am

I've a quick question. I've received a letter from Naric and it is written that

My master in computer science: "Is considered comparable to British Bachelor (Ordinary) degree standard"

would Home office will give me 30 points for my educational qualification if i present my original degree and this naric letter?

Thanks a lot mohan and ajilani for your time and help. I've one additional question, i hold 2 years Bachelor in computer science and 2 years master in computer science from the same institue 1997-1999 and then 1999-2001.

I've letter from the institue (not from the university) that whole course was taught under the affiliation program with the university and mode of communication was engilsh and affiliation number of the college with the university is also mentioned along with year completion.

would it be enough to satisfy home office english requirment?

Hi,
It should ideally come from university, as university might be the awarding organisation. please check whethr your degree has written your university as awarding body.

Yes, University is the awarding body but unfortunately i don't have a letter from the university. I do have from the institute that is affiliated with the university, where i studied for 4 years.
