Settlement Visa for Child of Settled Person

Post by johnj1 » Mon Dec 02, 2013 7:31 pm

Hello all,

I have indefinite leave to remain in U.K, I will like to apply for settlement visa for my son to come here for his university education, someone told me that he has to be in UK for 3 years before he can be granted student loan, just want to find out, if this is true.

Hoping to read your responses, thank you.
