PSW dependent visa for my wife

Hello,
I would be grateful if you could help me out here.

My current PSW visa expires in 4 months and I am wondering on which visa should I bring my spouse here.
W.r.t PSW dependent - Can I apply for a dependent with only 4 months on my current visa? What are the chances.
And can you tell me what documents do i need to apply from india and the processing times.
