Please Help I am in Trouble Deception Case

I have applied for Entrepreneur visa in March 2013 before this I had PSW (50,000 route). Today I got my refusal.


In refusal they saying that my bank statement is not genuine. they have confirm from this this bank. and I have my money in my account back home

Actually I showed my funding bank statement from my back home and maintenance fund in UK

Please can some one advice me what to do .

Actually recently my circumstances also change. Actually I don't want to disclose publicly here I was planning to apply Asylum this month but this problem happen. Can I still apply asylum will this affect to my case.

@ salman_heaven1234, if they accuse you of deception, are you very confident that you can defend the accusation before jumping into another category?

wats the reason of refusal?ur bank satatment in back home was not original..
wil u plz explain this...

I will not advice you to apply for asylum if you have valid evidence of money in back account back home unless otherwise. Take a look at the case below.

No My banks statement was original... I spoke to my lawyer her is saying HO they follow some funny rule they might have not got response from back home bank so they decided itself to refuse.

Then your best option is to appeal the decision if you are very confident of the bank statement.
