Q 1: Can a FLR(M) application submitted within 28 days of Appeal refusal of another case?


Q 2: Can i submit further evidence (payslips) for her FLR (M) application once i get my ILR?

Please I will be very thankful for ur help in answering above questions.

The simple and straight answer to your query is that your wife cannot make any application whatsoever, simple.

If her appeal is turned down, then the only way is that she packs her bags, and once you get ILR she applies for spouse visa from home country.

If you meet financial requirements, then spouse visa from home country will be a straightforward process.
