Error in the application form

Hi,

I have recently got a student visa but instead of mentioning married in the column I mentioned as single. Me and my husband got married back home, now that his visa is under appeal process( if anything happens to him atleast he can be dependent on me). But I mentioned single in the online application form for student visa when I was applying.
Can experts please help me in this matter because we don't want to get married here again which involves lot of money and there is no time as he will get his decision within 10 day's.

Please gurus help me whether I can call ukba and tell them that I made a a mistake.
