Applying Tier-2 General Please suggest ASAP

Hi
I am applying Tier-2 General visa and my company is going to sponsor me. Currently i am on PSW visa status and i am going to drop my visa next week.
My company is offering me as a new entrant with a salary of 21K. As per ukba rules starting salary is 20300 for my soc code.

I had spoken to UKBA and they are saying i can get the visa with out any issue. But few people are saying the salary might not sufficient.

Please let me know your suggestions please

check the required salary and note that they are for a 39 hour week

Thanks for your reply i had done all the checks but some people (solicitors) are saying it might be a problem as it was a low salary.
