10 years ILR and CCJ , Urgent help

Post by Ali1975 » Thu Dec 05, 2013 12:50 pm

I have 2 credit cards debts and paying some minimum payments on each card each month as can not afford to pay full at this moment. Does county court judgement issued on credit cards debts can effect my 10 years ILR application?

You will need to declare the CCJ.But it will not effect on your application providing you are making some kind/Minimum payments.

Declare and supply proof of repayment and there should be an issue.
