90 days maintenance period inclusive of start and end dates?

Hi All,

For the purpose of applying for my child's dependant visa, I have been maintaining the maintenance funds since 13th of September. Till which date should my bank statement be taken to show the 90 days bank balance? I just want to confirm if the start and/or end dates should be included or excluded and the exact last date which should be in the statement. I am asking the exact date just because the visa appointment date is much closer to these dates and I need to courier the bank statements across to my home country before the appointment date.
