RE: Surrender Certificate & OCI

Dear All,

I've got UK passports for myself and daughter, please can you asnwer few questions I have before apply for submit surrender certificate

a. VFS site says photocopy of UK Passport - any idea what pages in specific, as passports are very newly printed few weeks ago - what pages in specific do I need to photocopy for Surrender Certificate?

b. Can I start filling OCI online form for me and my baby while my surrender certificate is in process? does OCI online form ask for any SC numbers or details?

c. As my daughter is 3+ years am I correct to say that I can sign on behalf of her, for Surrender Cert.?

d. Can I get thumb impression of my baby (blue stamp pad) for OCI?

e. For VFS, SC application - do I need carrying Birth Certificate of my baby (she got registered here as BC and born in India, not in UK)

Just the photo page.

OCI online application form does not ask any details about SC number. So you can start filling it whenever you want to.
