ILR T2 ICT

Hi,

I worked in UK on work permit till Sep-2009 for a period of 2.5 years. I went back to my home country due to some personal reasons and came back to UK in Oct-2010 on T2 ICT. My current Visa is valid till Mar-2014 and this will be extended.

My queries are:
1. Is there any possibility of getting ILR here with a gap of more than 1 year.
2. If I continue on my T2 ICT till 2015, am I eligible to get ILR?
3. Or is there any other way to get my ILR?

3 switching to Tier 2 General. After 5 years of continuous and lawful stay in the UK under T2G you will be eligible for ILR but note that there is a pay threshold of £35k from 2016 which increases in later years.
