Please I will like to confirm if possible to use my uk personal bank account with 30,000 pound plus third party account from Nigeria wih 20,00 pounds for my tier 1 entrepreneur.

Yes you can provided the third party provides you with their bank statements, letter from their bank confirming the money is available to you and disposable in the UK, third party declaration letter signed by a solicitor .
