SOC and salary while switching from PSW to Tier 2 general

I work as a production scientist, have PSW and my company is sponsoring me, SOC I have chosen is 2112 but confused about entrant/experienced. entrant salary is 20300 and experienced is 27000. I have been working for the company for 8 months. Will I be considered experienced or entrant while applying for the Visa ? Any help is highly appreciated....many thanks

Someone switching from PSW ALWAYS qualifies as a 'new entrant'.

You don't choose your SOC code, the company does, they are responsible for it to the HO

Hi my company is ready to provide me sponsorship visa. but it is not big firm it is an independent store. on what basis can i switch my current psw visa to tier 2 sponsorship visa. Please advise me as soon as you can please.
