What is ICFN Card Production Check-sheet?

I received my Long Residency (10 year) ILR approval letter today with my passport & Life in UK test certificate. I also received "ICFN Card Production Check-Sheet" the details on this sheet are not mine, it is for another applicant.

Am I suppose to receive this ICFN sheet? or is it for UKBA internal use?
