Hi I just have 1 question I applied sep 2012 refused August 2013 hearing date march 2014 if I got visa will that be from oct 2012 or from march 2014 thanks

March 2014…. well if your appeal is pending in march then i assume it will take another 6-7 months for them to process your visa. I'm afraid you might have to wait till Dec 2014 .

That's so long but I don't mind because I will be eligible for ILR in 2 years time have you gone throw same experience ? One more question plz and that is can I go for hearing without barrister thanks

nopes.. i wouldn't advise you to go without a barrister.

Same here too. I won't advice anyone applying in this category to go to court without a lawyer.
