interview question

i am prepering my interview, i used a Virtual Mailbox Service address as my Registered Office address with Companies House. and in that address, if i want to use their office to meet my customer , i need to pay rent fee 30 GBP for every hour. could you give me suggestions about following question:

are you working from home or office ?
do you pay any business rate ?
