hearing date next friday!!!PLS pls help---URGENT!!

hi, my visa application was declined on May 2013.
And, I have a hearing date NEXT FRIDAY-20th DEC
My refusal reasons were:
1. The third part declaration letter does not contain my signature.
2. My trading contract does not include client's contact details as well as I have provided a photocopy of this contract which has not been signed on each pages..


I need help about what possible questions they will be asking duirng my appeal and any chance to win this appeal!!.

I suggest you to take an updated third party declaration letter signed by you , other party & ur legal rep

and also do the same with your contract too, coz ur whole case depends on the judge and some times they do consider if u rectify your error

S&T: many thanks for your reply. I have submitted my latest declaration
form and the updated contract to the tribunal.
And i just want to know what possible question will be asking by HO and judge as I want to prepare for it.
