Tier-4 Application Question

I need help to fill information in my Tier-4 visa application.

In "Immigration History" Tab , questions are as below:
Entry Clearance/visa

Did you have visa/entry clearance when you came to UK - YES
In which country did you obtained visa/entry clearance- COUNTRY NAME SELECTED
What is the Reference for that visa/entry clearance - ENTERED REFERENCE NO from my 2005 visa stamp on my passport.

Date visa/entry clearance valid from - ??? -Do I write date my 1st visa (entry clearance) start date in 2005 or my current visa start date?
Date current leave expires- ????-Do I write date of my 1st visa end date in 2007 or my current visa end date in 2014

Please help me to answers these questions in application.

You write the expiry date of your CURRENT visa as it asks.

Thanks, do you mean both the question is related to my current visa not the entry clearance?
For clear understanding on this, my first visa (entry clearance) started in 15 Oct 2005 and ended in 14 Oct 2007 and current visa start date is 20 May 2011 and end date 15 March 2014. Please can you help me which date I should write please.

In the first question, put the date of visa (entry clearance) you first obtained & in the second, put the current one.
