Hi, I currently hold an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from a Le Cordon Bleu School in the USA. In October, I will be going to LCB in London to get a degree which I have been told is equivilant to a bachelors degree. By the time I finish with school in London, I will have two degrees in Culinary Arts and have 2 years experience in the industry including holding the title of Sous Chef. I would really like to stay and work in Europe for a few years afterwards to study the food and culture. What would be the easiest European County for a chef to get work visa in? Top of my list is, Ireland, UK, Italy but am open to other suggestions. Thanks.
