Visit Visa for parents , spelling wrong in my passport)

Hi Gurus,

I am holding tier 1 visa, I would like to sponsor my parents for Uk travel.
My question is, in my passport my parents names are not correctly spelled, will it create any problem while they apply visa in India ?

Eg;
In my passport;
Moms name : Lakshi Reddy

In my mom's passport;
Name: Lakshmi Reddy

Thanks for the reply.

As i will be inviting them as my parents-Visit Visa, I was expecting UKBA will check the names in my passport and my parents passport and than visa's will be issued.
