Need advice , appeal allowed

I had a spouse visa hearing in November 2013 and i gt my appeal allowed, and then a week after I gt a letter from the tribunal that the home office want permission for appeal to upper tribunal, what the hell man

can plz tell me how long received outcome after hearing ??
If tell me is can help full because my hearing in November n still I didn't heard any fink know from judge

Hi it takes around 10-15 days for a determination letter to come through , usually your solicitor gets it first so contact your solicitor

my wife call every day no updates is b n month still noting cam

yes we call n mail but they keep saying no decision has b n made

My lawyer is help less when they want money they call otherwise they don't care

Its usually a bit more than 10-15 days now.I t can take up to 6 weeks for the Adjudicator to write up his decision. Everything slows down in December due to Xmas and New Year holidyas.

so it's means is normal not any problem I was so worried because me n my wife thought
