Is my application correct

Post by niranhopper » Mon Dec 23, 2013 4:47 pm

Hi

I have come back after a long time to this forum. This forum was very helpful when i did my initial Tier 1 application. Now i am ready for my ILR and just wanted to know if i am applying correctly.

My initial Tier 1 was stamped on Mar 01 2009 and i have so far researched the following,

- I can apply from Feb 1 2014 onwards eventhough i enter UK after 31 days from initial stamping. This is because i have spent less than 180 days outside UK between 31 Mar 2009 to 31 Mar 2010
- I can submit my bachelors degree which is listed in NARIC database as proof of English language. Hence I need not to write any tests?
- I recently got married 6 months back. My wife has been in the UK for over 2 years but under her post study VISA. So should i apply ILR for me first using the SET-O and then apply ILR dependant for my wife using FLR-M?
- Is it possible to apply for both on the same day?
- Also should my wife get certified for english or life in the UK test?

Bump.

Any advise is appreciated.

I have booked my appointment date on 1st Feb 2014. After getting my ILR, i am planning to book my wife's FLR-M appointment. Hope i am doing it correctly? (or any possibility to do it with my ILR appointment)
