making the application next Tuesday-Please help with input!

Post by gaurav » Tue May 01, 2007 10:34 pm

Dear All
I am going to make a HSMP application in May I would be grateful if you can evaluate the application for me.I am making an incountry application and claiming 75 points .I am presently in Uk on a work permit from Nov 2003:
Academic qualification
Masters in Commerce -35 Points
Evidence-Original degree certificate &Naric letter

Previous Earning -15 Points
Period 01-04-2006 to 31-03-2007 £20,050
Original payslips-Except one month which I lost ,submitting a stamped and signed copy of it.
P60
Bank statement for 12 mnths
Employer letter
Should I mark it as exceptional circumstances as I am missing original payslip of one month?
Secondly -Should there be any problem as I am just crossing the threshold by £50.00 ?

Previous UK employment- 5 Points
No additional evidence attached

Age Under 27- 20 Points
Original birth cerificate
Indian driving licence-Not smart card but in a booklet form which is handwritten

English Requirement
Original Bachelors certificate
Letter from University
I would be grateful if members can give their thoughts about my application.

your clever "subject" attracted more page views but less replys, people would have helped you , had you not used that trick.

I think these are enough evidences u r supplying.........n by the way.....r u salary slips on company letter head......if not then whats the point of original or copy.... I don't think u've to explain this copy thing as exceptional circumstance (this is my point of view)......

if u have copy stamped and signed ..no need of asking for exceptional consideration...(wil jus create confusion)...

With stamp and sign..do get the proper endorsement like who signed, designnation, department....

Hope it helps...

Thanks RAW & Paramjit k for your replies ,the payslips which my company issues is done by ADP (it is the one which we need to tear from all corners to open it) and the replacement payslip which I would be getting would be on A4(I will get it signed and stamped). The replacement payslip would stand out from all the other payslips .
Keeping this in view should I ask for exceptional circumstances? Any how I would be submitting my bank statements ,P60 & Employer letter besides the payslips, the reason I am getting paranoid is thet I have seen a post on the forum when some body has submitted all the documents like me but did not say exceptional circumstances was rejected .

Your thoughts are much awaited!

well I have no idea about this ADP issued payslips.........as I m getting noraml A4 printed salary slips........and when I was applying, i've asked my payroll officer to reprint my full year salary slips, got it signed by him & HRO Manager.........no exceptional circumstance was stated on it except of ITR period......
I think u don't need to tell anything about this..........just attach ur A4 printed salary slips duly signed by relevent authorities....thats it
