Were you being paid in UK while working away from UK?praveen321 wrote:Kindly let me know if I am eligible for ILR?
When are you planning to apply for ILR? From that date, list absences (excluding arrival n departure dates) in a 12 months period in the following format.praveen321 wrote:Hi All,
I have first entered UK with Tier 2 work permit on Dec 2008 and got 4 visa extension (tier 2 intra company transfer). But I have stayed outside the UK for 182 and 190 days in two occasion for company related work. Kindly let me know if I am eligible for ILR?
Trip 1) Dec 2008 to Sep 2009
Trip 2) Mar 2010 to Feb 2012
Trip 3) Sep 2012 to till date
Between Trip (1) and (2) 182 days gap
Between Trip (2) and (3) 190 days gap
And secondly I stayed in UK most of the duration as a paying guest. So I do not have rental agreement or house contract on my name – will I still be eligible for the ILR?
Thanks in Advance.
