ILR applying in Oct 2014 , Dependent quarry

I am going to apply for ILR on Tier 1 General route in Oct 2014. My wife and 2 sons are out of the country and had ban under 320B which is going to an end in January 15. Can any one suggest me how can I apply for my family visa to come to UK? Shall I wait to complete the ban or after I got my ILR application successful. Please help.
