Regarding Absence in UK

Post by poponetwothree » Wed Jan 01, 2014 11:03 pm

Hi

I have 22 days annual leave in my company. but i took 24 days annual leave which is 2 days extra{unpaid). And i have asked my company to detect the amount for two day in my pay and they did ( but i am not submitting that payslip because the payslip belongs to last year 2013) i am going to submit my ILR in dec 2014 . can somebody assist me wether this will be a problem when i am submitting my ILR.

Thank you

I think the main question will be: have you been outside the UK for more than 180 days in any given year in your five-years qualifying period? If the answer is "no" then you will meet the requirements to qualify for ILR.
