Applying online

Good Evening,

If anybody can assist with my below question I would be greatly appreciative.

My wife is returning to Malawi to apply for her UK spouse visa.

We will both leave on the 27th Feb for a Honeymoon until the 15th March to Kenya. She will then travel to Malawi and hopefully submit her application in person weekending 21st March.

We have to apply online first and also pay the fee. We are currently sorting out her accommodation in Malawi and therefore have no address.

My question is can we apply online, pay the fee submit the application online before we leave on the 27th Feb here in the UK, or will this have to be completed when she arrives in Malawi on the 15th March.
We have yet to register on the website visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/
