Hi All,

I am currently sponsored as an FE teacher but I am also a qualified Biomedical Scientist which falls under phd level.

If I was to apply for for a Tier 2 as a Biomedical Scientist do I have to have the senior salary or entry?

I am just thinking of my options here.

you would only be considered a "new entrant" if at the time of the application you were under 26 AND if you were not applying for a grant of leave that would extend your total stay under T2 beyond 3 years 1 month
