Is mobile contract a valid evidence for utilities?

Post by Sunshine86 » Wed Jan 08, 2014 1:07 pm

Hi

I am trying to collect evidence for our residence for stamp 4 bt struggling with utility bills.

Do you think if both, my husband and I got a mobile contract with O2 or 3, it will suffice the requirement for the utility bills on the same address?

What else can I provide, so far I have PPS letters and bank stmts only?

Thank you

The problem with a mobile contract is that it doesnt prove that you are living at a certain address. They prefer fixed landline, gas or electric bills as it shows usage over a period of time at a certain address.
