Hi all

I was granted visa on 7/2/2012 and expires on 7/5/2014. I came to uk in 30/3/2012. so when should i apply for ILR? thinking of applying via post.

Assuming that you were granted a spouse visa, you may apply for ILR between 2 March 2014 and 6/5/2014.

yes it is a spouse visa...went through this forum 2 yrs ago. now again back at this site.. very helpful forum
