MN1 application

Hi Guys

I have applied for my little babys british citizenship registration under section1(3). I made application on 09 Dec 2013 through NCS birmingham register office. I was wondering why I havent recieved even the ackowlegement letter from home office? any body applied in december can share their experience please.
