Is there any alternative course for LIUK?

Hi all,
Just a quick question regarding life in uk test
Does any know if there is any alternative / equivalent couse
Which can satisfied liuk pass test requirement.
I know a guy who done ESol couple of years ago and didnt need to provide liuk pass test when he was applying for his ILR ( he came in uk on spouse visa
Can please any one confirms ,if still we could do such course to get away without doing liuk test

So no exemptions even on medical issue, like u can get exemption from english test

That On medical condition applicant could be exempt from B1 english test and Also Life In Uk Test?

Yes they could possibly be exempt, subject to satisfactory medical evidence.
