I hv been to court on 5 December 2013 and the judge said
Will send letter for 3weeks but it 5weeks now. Wht they
Are taking so long. The home office rep was not there
Only the judge. ..is that good thing? I phoned home office yesterday and it was still awaiting decision. My hubby submitted his old certificate with 2nd case therefore ukva has refused and not satisfied that my hubby has meet English requirements rule. So he did again test and pass it abd provide with same certificate. I just hope judge would accept it as we hv been together 3 years. It was v hassle and frustrating. I appreciate if any one could reply my post

3 weeks from December 5th would have put the date as December 26th.

Given the way that holidays fell over this christmas period - you should expect that the majority of people didn't return to work until this Monday - and now they are working through the backlog. I'd give them another week personally.

That u can check appeal status rather than waiting for

Im really upset home office taking so long to send determination letter. When I went to 2 time to court in 2012 for some reason home office had sent me letter a week after hearing. But this time so long they should have hire more case worker to speed up their work.

You're welcome to call them, of course, but you're likely to get 'it's in process' response.

The judge shouldnt say will send letter 3weeks
Honest will be nice. My solicitor said the letter send usually be out 4 -6 weeks. Some body said if letter arrived late
It means might be good news. When I went court 2 times and received dismissed determined letter within 2 weeks
. Now this is my first time I hv waited fir the letter!
Everyone pls make dua to get my hubby visa..it is his right human right...he has a right to come UK.

You will have to wait for the Judge some times they will say how long but count on 4 weeks minimum and if you win it can take some time for the relevant issuer to comply in that case remind weekly. i got appeal allowed determination letter after 9 weeks..Best of luck

Congratulations...when did u go court? What date of the determination letter. Hope you don't mind me asking you...wgat was the base point on your refusal visa.

It is an an awful wait, I know this. It took us 6 weeks to get our determination after the judge, like yours, advised 3 weeks. The process is easier if you just resign yourself to it not coming.. Then one day it'll just show up on your doorstep without you even expecting it...

I have a great news that my husband s appeal has been allowed. It took me for 9 weeks to wait.

My husband s appeal has been allowed under human rights. But I got the letter state that the home office request tribunal gor permission to appeal for upper tribunal on the raise point made by first tribunal to allow appeal.

Could anyone know what is the reason. Appeal is allowed by hima rights and my solicitor said he got visa. But why the home made application to first tribunal for permission toappeal.

Please reply I would be appreciated.

I have to go court again? Im getting upset after such long time me and husband been separated. After hearing the news that my husband s appeal has been allowed under ECHR I was so pleased and looking forward to be together with him.

The HO sometimes appeals to the UT. The Jude in the FTT may have erred, it's unlikely. Appeal may not be granted, in such case the HO can appeal directly to the UT, although, unlikely. If you had a strong case then it's likely just going to cause a delay for your case.

will post determination letter to Pakistan as my hubby is still
waiting for letter. So everyone please tell me how long it takes you to wait for hubby/wife to entry UK after after receiving determinated allowed letter? Please reply please
