What happens to ILR when she comes back ?

HI Friends,

I am a British citizen by naturalisation.

My wife who holds a ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) intend to go to India along with our Son (British citizen) for approximately a year.

What would happen to her ILR status when she comes back after a year ?
Can it affect her ILR status ?

Would it affect my son at all that he holds a British citizn/passport by birth (he got that because I was British and she was ILR at the time of his birth).

Your views would be highly appreciated.

It would affect when she is eligible for naturilasation. She is only allowed to be out of the UK for 270 days in total for the preceding three years, if she wanted to apply for citizenship.
