CLAIMING BENIFITS ON EEA1 & EEA2...NEED ADVISE

Hello everyone..i just need some information about claiming benifits..i am a on Eea 2 and my wife is on EEA1..my question are
1.what type of benifits we can apply for which will not affect our Pr applications in future..?
I am workinng full time on low wage and my wife is self employed with low earning.
we have a child of 18 months and my wife is also DEAf..
So can she apply for DLA ?
What about child beinfit child tax credit and other benifits??
Waiting for detail and professional advise..

So long as you are not an unreasonable burden on the state claiming benefits should be ok. Claiming 'in-work' benefits such as PIP (replaced DLA for new adult claimants), Tax Credits, Child Benefit etc... should be fine.
