Mother's Visitor Visa - Property query

Hello,
There is a property on my mothers name but the original documents are with Bank due to mortgage.Since it is in Local language (oriya) we are making an affidavit of the property detail to be notarized.

Is it fine if We show the xerox copy of the property document along with an affidavit during visa application ?

or do we need to show original property document during visa interview?

Hi,

For my mother-in-law's visitor visa, we submitted a document called R.T.C (Original in Kannada) and a translation of that document to English by an authorised notary.
