fiancée visa questions

Please help me out,as a sponsor,do I have to send all original documents or photocopies? Just a bit confuse.
Secondly,my girlfriend has got uni degree,do we have to produce Naric comparability, English assessment and letter from her uni,as in do we have to produce these 3 documents or which one do you advise please?
