hello guys, i wonder if some one can help me with my query. i am sending citizenship application by post any chance i can send certified copies of passport but not original.

Yes if done by a notary public/solicitor.

does the notary public/solicitor who certify/notarise the documents must be based in uk? Can the copy be notarised from abroad notary public/solicitor has worth or it should be uk one?
