Cap rule after completing bachelors degree

Post by bhote123 » Tue Jan 21, 2014 11:05 pm

Hi ,
This forum has been really helpful in getting my visa.

I have a query for my friend . She got a situation at the moment which is as follows :-
- entered uk in October 2009 as a tier 4 student.
- her college got shut and she applied for another college for her undergraduate degree during April 2010.And granted the visa , till August 2014.
- just about to finish her undergraduate in April 2014.

Query :-
Can she still apply for masters ???? Pls help

As far as I can see she will spend more than 4 years for her Undergraduate course. So she has less than a year to complete any masters program.

Please read the section from 99 - 109, it explains in details -
