ILR SET (M) earnings query

Post by NMck » Fri Jan 24, 2014 2:05 pm

Hi all

My partner will be applying for ILR in September and I just wanted I ask a quick question about our income.

We got our Spouse Visa under the old rules, ie. before the changes in July 2012.

Are there rules regarding minimum earnings for the ILR SET (M) application?

We both hold full time jobs but just wanted to check if there is a minimum earnings relevant to our application?

Thanks in advance

You have nothing to worry about if you have full time jobs. Just supply 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.
