do you allow to work on IGS scheme ?

Any restrictions ?

There are no restrictions on IGS, it is a visa to work "permit free visa" so go work till u drop if you have your visa.

Sajjad,

First of all where did you first applied for SEGS now IGS read go to this link http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/workin ... cheme.html

Find the form VAF1, since you are not in the UK, I do not know your circumstances why you were refused because you can only apply for SEGS/IGS one year after you graduate I do not know if this rule has changed now if it has been 1 year since you graduated well you will be refused.

Well the visa is a permit free one, which means you can work anywhere in the UK for anyone without a work permit but for only 1 year.

First of all when you complete the form VAF1 you will have to put on that in the "other" section you are applying for IGS. Now the other forms I no nothing about I hope that someone on here can give u some advice on that.

What has happened here is that you took too long before you submitted your application i.e after your student visa had expired and this is why they held to your passport because you had no more leave. So therefore you must mentioned that you overstayed but fine some to tell you what forms you will need and make sure you explain properly in the boxes provided about your previous stay here.

You will have to mention SEGS, on the application form since u graduation before May 31, 2007.

Yes sajjad u can apply from pakistan if u have completed your studies in alst 12 months
