Passport Lost - Urgent Help Needed - Plz Advice

Hello everybdy,


My Tier -4 Visa is on BRP (biometric residence permit) . My Passport was lost. Applied for new passport.

New passport has received, now do i need to apply for new BRP ??

Searched everywhere didn`t find any usefull information. Hope will get the answer here.
Please advice ! All replies will be highly appreciated.

PBS (MIGRANT CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES) APPLICATION FORM: See page 6

Passport details: If a new passport has been
issued, provide the passport number, place of
issue, date of issue and the date of expiry of
the new passport.
If the applicant has received a new passport
following the loss or theft of the original
document, enclose the crime reference number
or report issued by the police when the loss or
theft was reported.

Good Afternoon,
Thanks for your email.
Please note that you do not need to apply for a new Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), once you have received your new passport. (Providing your current BRP still has leave to remain).

As you are still in possession in your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) you are not required to apply for a replacement.

Your BRP does not contain your passport information.
