Tier1 Dependent(15m baby) travelling without Main applicant

I was granted "Indefinite Leave to Remain" visa on 28th Sep 2013.

Prior to that I was on Tier 1 General visa when my daughter was born in London,UK on 24th Aug 2012. Hence she has got Tier 1 General dependent visa which is due to expire on 12th Jun 2014.

I left her with her grand parents in India last September (4 months ago).
Now I am planning to get her back here and then apply for her british passport.

Now I would like to know, by what date should I get her back so that I can apply for her british passport .
Is it OK if I get her on 29th May 2014 (when she would have only 13 days left on her current visa)?
Will there be any immigration problems?

I believe your daughter cannot have british citizenship until you gain yours bec you did not have your ilr status when she was born so she will only be your dependant under your ilr.
