1. I got ILR (long residency) on 25 jan, and my wife has tier 1 dependent visa (expiry march 2015) and she joined me in July 2009 as psw dependent,my question is can i apply directly ilr for her or go with flr (m) first ?
2. If she apply flr(m), does she need English test or liuk test or these tests is for ILR only ?
3. do i need some financial requirements for flr(m) ?
4. do we need some cohabitation documents for flr (m) ?
