Tier-2 ICT-Clarification on p-60

Post by nananu » Tue Jan 28, 2014 8:24 pm

Hi,
I will be applying ILR shortly. I am under tier-2 (Intra Company transfer) visa.I've been with the same client for all these 5 years. My employer provided me with P-60 forms for all years except 2010-11. Is this going to be a problem? Do we really need to have p-60 forms for all 5 years? is it mandatory?

I am not sure why you're submitting P60s.

You do need to submit the last payslip (not to be more than 1 month old at the date of application) and a letter from your sponsor with the requisite information (i.e. still required to be employed, the nearest applicable SOC code which best describes your employment, current rate of pay (this should be given in the same format as given in the codes of practice, for example hourly rate or yearly salary), and- confirmation that this is at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of practice for Tier 2 sponsors.)
