ILR 10 Years Long Residence+ Dependant

Hi,

I arrived in UK on student visa in SEP 2004. I was student till Feb 2009 and then i applied for PSW which was granted in March 2009.
In March 2011, i went for Tier 1 General, which i receievd on 22nd March 2011 till 2013. I had my extension in March 2013 which is valid till March 2016.
I am planning to apply ILR on 10 years rule in this sep. My wife came as my PBS dependant on March 2010 when i was on PSW and since then she is in Uk as my dependant.

I know she cant apply for ILR with me. Now as she has VISA Till 2016 as Tier 1 Dependant my questions are:

1) how quickly she can apply for ILR if i get my one on 10 years rule?
2) she has dependant visa till 2016 and in March 2015, she will complete her 5years stay in UK, does she still need to fill FLR(M) when i will apply for my ILR?
3) do we have to submitt tax returns when we apply for ILR on 10 years rule?

If there is a legal requirement for you to pay taxes, then you should submit tax returns.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have read the link you posted. Sorry i am a bit confused. I couldn't figure out that:
1) soon i get my ILR, can my wife apply for ILR too? As she is in UK since 2010 and matches residential requirement? Or she needs to apply for FLR(M) first? As flr(m) gives extension but she has already visa till March 2016?

I mean my wife should fill Flr(M) once i get my ILR? Or set(M)...?
