Appeal rights on fresh app

Hi all
My entrepreneure application was rejected by ukba
And even in FTT
I m considering submitting a fresh application
What would be my appeal rights on fresh app. ?

If the application is after your visa has expired, then there are no appeal rights. If you still have leave, then you will have appeal rights.

BUT IF ITS REFUSED AGAING WHILE UR PREVIOUS LEAVE EXPIRE THEN WHAT

Do not make yourself more confuse guys. If you Reapply and visa been expired no appeal rights will be given. JD will be the only option. But If you reapply with in a 28 days of FT or UT and do with proper professional docs I can not see any problem. We have got 2 so far under these circumstances. BEST OF LUCK.

As I mentioned earlier Judicial Review is gonna be last option in both cases.

simple rule is :if ur last visa expire due to what ever reason ,whether u r in apeal or wot so ever,ukba will not give u right of appeal,
u have to go for judicial review
